Larry,
Thank you for your offer on the BBJ. We have discussed it with the seller and they have authorized the
following two options as their counteroffer:
I) $20.5M plus his G-IV
2) $22.5M and no trade-in
We hope that one of these two options will be acceptable. I know that you have been using the Royal Jet BBJ
as a benchmark for values, however, there are significant differences in the two aircraft and their respective
values. No other BBJs available for sale in the world check all of the boxes that ours does.
- Delivered with a fresh Cl Check inspection and all associated due list items
- 7 Aux Tanks (the RJ aircraft has 5)
- U.S. based and registered making the ease of entry into service and acquisition significantly easier and less
expensive
- FANS 1/CPDLC, TCAS 7.1 and ADS-B Out (being installed during the C 1 inspection at the seller's cost)
- Good interior cosmetics with a 16 passenger VIP configuration including a stateroom with a large lay and
shower and a guest bedroom with two beds, extensive interior baggage/storage and a large galley
Let me know if you have questions about the aircraft or need any additional information that we can provide as
you consider this great options. Best, Josh

Thx Josh
it makes little difference to Mr. Epstein what "value" the GIV has to your seller, that is his offer and he
believes the market for BBJ's of your vintage is $17M, he won't raise it.
Keep me posted
Thx
Larry

Thanks for your email. I will discuss with the seller. I don't see
this working at a $4M value for your aircraft, but I'll see what
interest they have and at what fmv level. Josh

Hi Josh,.
Mr. Epstein has authorized an offer of $15M plus his GIV. I checked comps and it appears $4M or a little
more is value. We can close quickly, at this price. As you know we are looking at another BBJ, so if your
client wants to sell. I would advise moving quickly, I'm sure you have discovered that there are extremely
few real buyers out there.
Best,
