He advised that he will be conducting the inspection. The first step is the submission of the completed Request for the issuance of a "Certificate of Use and occupancy". Mr. Kalloo asked the purpose of the cistern. I told him it is a water catchment structure only. Once Mr. Kalloo receives and reviews the document, he will schedule the inspection. With your permission, I can hand deliver the document today.
