The state side vendor that sold the remote did not to supply the cd key code to unlock the unit for programming. On Thursday the wiring was completed to all the devices with only the programming to complete. Since yesterday, the installer(A+ Securities) and myself have been trying to get the vendor to release the codes. They refuse to. The installer today is approaching his supplier to see if we could purchase the codes from them or order the remote through them and send back the one that was purchased from the stateside vendor.
