I called ADT they called the house at 1:45am to report a supervisory signal (trouble alarm) Which they have been instructed in the past not to do after hours they should only call after hours on actual burglar or fire alarm . I instructed ADT only to call during the day 9:00am to 5:00pm with trouble alarms. ADT installed a note on your system so the dispatchers will not call after hours with system trouble alarms.
