Attached are two job descriptions that explains in detail how I have split up the work between IM and Anna, and what I
think should be their areas of responsibility.
is a bit at a disadvantage right now, since the House Manager position ideally is based on a two-person crew. Anna
is happy in her role as field manager, and I do think with some guidance that she can succeed
could potentially handle the House Manager job, since it would keep Brice out of trouble in Anna's
departments, but there is a lot of baggage and bad blood that will be hard to erase between them and certain members
of the crew. I think a fresh start with a new couple would be ideal.
When you arrive, I'd like to sit down and discuss this split of responsibility. If you agree, then we have a clear job
description for Mike and Kimberly when they arrive, so they will know exactly what the job entails after their weekend
visit.
