Title is currently in a single asset LLC. It used to be single member (Dan) but I will have to confirm that. The property could be transferred to a trustee, a new LLC, or the existing LLC operating agreement could be amended (with your entity having units in it too) requiring unanimous consent for certain actions including bankruptcy.
