SES management has discussed buying 50% of it for between 1.5 and 3b. I would not conisder o3b a failure. It is up and running today with customers paying. The performance is almost double what we promised. The anomoly with the transistor affected 1 of 2 frequency generator units (fgu's) on 2 satellites... So 2 satellites are on the backup fgu's and insurance is covering it.
