However, the price is exorbitantly high, especially since its listed by Christie's, who have access to buyers at that level. From my experience in Morocco and what I have seen, this should just be worth between 5-7 Million. In recent times, we have also seen properties being sold below market value, due to the situation in the region. Sometime back I had seen a similar property in Morocco, where they asked for 5 M. 50 M is definitely a crazy price.
