I conveyed your extreme displeasure and disappointment in the trees received. She acknowledged that this screw-up is completely on the part of her nursery. I told her you do not want the trees at all. There is no discussion of a reduced rate, or credit against future purchases - the $2,750 she has received is to go 100% towards the correct trees. I also told her I need photos of all 10 trees that are to replace the bad order. She is going to talk to her boss and call me back. I will call her later this morning for an update if she has not gotten back to me. The bougainvillea fertilizer is sailing tonight from FL - EDA on S11' is this Saturday, 11/30. I will have it cleared on Monday, and pickup up on Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning. The Restoration cushions have started to come in to Tropical FL. So far they have received the cushions for the Sam's apartment furniture that was missing, and the 2 extra Flagpole chaise cushions that you requested. These are sailing tonight along with the bougainvillea fertilizer and the washer and dryer. So they too will be cleared on Monday, and picked up by Tuesday - will schedule the barge. The Replacement cushions for the ones in poor condition, the new furniture you requested have also shipped and I am awaiting delivery to Tropical FL. What is pending are the slipcovers.
