From: To: "Phili Michaels" ,"Philip Michaels" ,"Jeffrey Epstein" [email protected]>,"Glenn Davis" Subject: Meeting: Thursday, Aug. 16, 4:30pm at 666 Fifth Ave. Date: Wed, 15 Aug 2012 04:45:31 +0000 Importance: Normal Dear Philip: I do know that you have said from the beginning that we have a open and close case against my brother and could easily threaten him with jail for breaking the law about not exercising his duties as trustee of my father's trust. Having said that ....here is some new and some repetitive info. #1. Thank you for making the time to meet with me. I am bringing Glenn Davis, my accountant and Jeffrey Epstein will be on the phone. #2. As you all know, thanks to Jeffrey's perseverance we have collected $800,000.00 from my mother's estate. Apparently my brother Gary was never notified by his lawyers about a letter that may have been sent requesting that money. It was Jeffrey's phone call that persuaded/forced him to send the check. #3. I would like you to please have all the boxes of my mother's papers that I gave to you a year and a half ago at my mother's death brought to the meeting. Your assistant, whom I spoke to today, was not aware of the boxes. They need to be gone thru. #4. Jeffrey did have a conversation with my brother yesterday and he said he has never signed any papers pertaining to giving my mother permission to invade my father's trust....or if she took the money, put it on her own account and then wrote the checks to him...there was never any signature of his. #5. He maintains that my mother broke the law, not him. He was just the beneficiary of her generosity. Phil, we do know that Gary's name is on the will as a trustee of my father's trust...and written permission is the law. Is this enforceable? #6. We need to know if my mother paid Gary directly from the trust. #7. We need to go thru the boxes and find the checks to Gary and determine what account she wrote them on....her personal account or the trust. #8, Gary maintains he "did not know she was taking my father's money" meant to be split between both his son and daughter and giving it to him. #9. He is lying because he knew all my mother's money was left by my father. He morally did not care he was getting money and I was not. #10. He told Jeffrey that my mother chose to treat me badly and that is not his problem. The truth is he lost millions on a business my father left him and went to my mother saying he was going to lose his home if she did not give him money. He cried poverty and she bailed him out many times. It's all documented in those boxes of all her financial papers I took from her home office. #11. I have said for a year and a half, that Gary was never able to make a living...and has been on the take his EFTA00693000 whole life. #12. I have repeatedly asked for an accounting of all money spent from my mother's estate and I would like you to respect that request and to request that now from his lawyers. There surely is misappropriation of funds. #13. You have told me for a year and a half that we could not get any money until the Alpine house and Palm Beach apartment were sold. Both have been sold. All the money is in. #14. Now is the time to get attentive. Now is the time to get my money. This is all the money I have. I would be so appreciative if you could help out and devote your best efforts to this. Now that Jeffrey has established that my brother thinks everything is rightfully his, it is time to get serious with him. #15. Gary told Jeffrey he had no intention of giving me any money from the estate. The law doesn't figure into my idiot brother's thinking. #16. He has had no contact from us thru his lawyers to date. #17. Gary keeps asking about the appraisals on the jewelry that I gave you. He says legally he can have his own appraisals done. Is that true? The jewelry is peanuts compared to the money he is sitting with. #18. There was also a mortgage on the Alpine house we are unaware of...so we need to find out exactly what is left. #19. I am trying not to be emotional, but clearly my brother thought he could screw me because my mother did. I have always said and now feel even more strongly that I would like you to play hardball now and get me the bulk of the estate. I am sure he has spent or hidden money. #20.. My mother had been giving money to my brother, his wife and their daughter for 25 years since my father's death and this was not my father's intention. In 25 years she did not give me a penny. I want whatever is left since Gary has no conscience about the law. #21. I am sure all this will be addressed at the meeting. Please to not cancel or move the meeting...I am looking forward to getting this resolved. Thank you in advance of your time, experience and expert advice.
