You should have received via email your Spirit flight confirmations for Thursday, November 17 and Tuesday, November 22, 2016. Attached is a printed copy for your reference. S our arrival on Thursday, November 17, 2016 on Spirit flight 201 at 4:30 pm, Jermaine Ruan will meet you at the baggage claim area. He will transport you and Marko to your accommodations at Crystal Cove. We will check you in and collect the keys to your condos prior to your arrival. Carlos Rodriguez will coordinate transporting you to and from Crystal Cove to the American Yacht Harbor marina and over to the project site during your stay. We will provide meals for you and Marko during your stay. Once you arrive we can work out the details. Jermaine will transport you to the airport on Tuesday, November 22, 2016 for your Spirit flight 212 which departs at 5:20 pm. We will confirm the time so you arrive in ample time to clear Customs and TSA.
