On the valuation side — from "our" narrow perspective — arguably the key value driver is for the company to be as far advanced by the expiry of the warrants as possible — so re Amir's update on the Round A - my concern is less about valuation now and much more about ensuring company has the fuel to build out fast and smartly within this timeframe.
