Also, a few days ago when I sent money to Julia $2600 , Western union stopped the transaction because i missed the call when they try to contact me over the phone for security questions. When Julia sent me an email that she can't get her money, I called western union and was told that they cancelled the transaction for the security purposes and high value money transfer. I resent the money next day and she received it without any problems. Please advise how to transfer Siad Amir the money as it appears from the last transfer we have difficulties with Western union and he does't provide a bank account.
