It's much harder for me to research and write than anything on Nabokov, but Popper's another monumentally important person with still a lot to say to the world, so for that reason as well I have to do it. But if you want to start funding me on the Lolita project, that would be fine by me, although I'd mostly park the money and just keep the ideas quietly bubbling until I really focused on the project, when I'd draw on the bulk of the money. I really have to concentrate on the Popper until it's done.
