Mr.Epstein attached is a proposal for the Heat Exchanger Steam to water tube bundle that needs to be replaced cost
$1,986.97 part only .The tube bundle developed a leak after the Con Edison steam shutdown please approve so i can
order and replace my self .We are running on heat exchanger stand by #2 this unit is for the house heating system.
