I just got back to the office earlier this week. I have received the email, but was only able to speak with JE
about it last night. I will review over the weekend. I have also sent Kevin an email requesting that he provide
me with a redline showing the changes in the amended and restated partnership agreement for Sum (E.B) that
JE is being asked to sign. I have not yet received the redline. I be back in touch early next week. Sony for
the confusion.
