I note that the Times, Sunday Times and Guardian also made, albeit less prominent, references to the descriptive term 'paedophile". I would have a generally good relationship with the Legal Managers of both these publications (indeed the Sunday Times often retain me, if only to stop me suing them), and it may be that I could persuade one or both of them to publish a clarification, which we could in turn use as leverage in relation to the other publications. Let me know what you think. In the meantime, I am conscious that you probably have very little information about me, having been introduced via Mike Sitrick.
