From: Joscha Bach To: Jeffrey Epstein <[email protected]> Subject: Re: Date: Fri, 19 Jul 2013 18:37:53 +0000 Dear Jeffrey, the short answer is: If Martin wants me work with me, especially on a computational model of how personality properties interact with social strategies (cooperation, collaboration, deception) and related cognitive behaviors, I would be very excited to do so. I could move in October (our second child is due in August, and moving the household will require a little preparation). The longer answer: I really should go to Cambridge. In the long run, I would like to continue to work where Marvin has left off; I am most interested in the full breadth of constructing a mind. I have differences of opinion in many minor areas (especially, the significance of non-symbolic representations). I will meet Josh Tenenbaum (MIT) during a conference in a couple of weeks, and think that Cambridge is probably still the place with the best AI related climate in the US. Skype any time, bests, and thank you! Joscha waht have you decided to do ?
