This proposal goes beyond our just replacing your blown amplifier. The reason for this is, quite simply, that I have no faith in the bulk of what exists and how its configured. The existing speakers were part of a very specific system (JBL synthesis). That system had a very specific (and nontraditional) wiring scheme. The bulk of that system is no longer installed and the speakers are jury-rigged in a fashion that I believe to be detrimental to your equipment (over time). This proposal is based on the "entry" level Krell product, and Triad's "Gold" level in-room LCR speaker line. In each case these products represent cutting edge technology and top of the line performance. However, there's always room to upgrade should the client desire. I believe the product we've specified will greatly enhance the overall experience as well as dramatically improve the system reliability, at a very reasonable price.
