Halperin; Jessica Soojian; Eileen Alexanderson Subject: Black 2006 Family Trust Release & Accounting Hi Elyse, Attached are (i) final version of Tom's accounting for the 2006 Trust, (ii) a proposed cover letter we hope you will use for transmitting the accounting and the release to the Trustees, and (iii) an attachment to the Trustee's letter showing the calculation of the overpayment of income to Leon. The Release and Indemnification Agreement was sent to you earlier today. I will send you similar items for the GRATs. As discussed, we would appreciate it if you would put together packages for the trustees (and the beneficiaries) and coordinate with Alan and me as to the timing and manner of delivery. I think it would be best if someone walked Leon through the documents before they are presented to the Trustees. We also want to discuss with him how he wants it presented to the Trustees as well as the beneficiaries so let's coordinate once the packages are ready. FYI--Leon will be away for two weeks starting next Wednesday so if we could all touch base on Tuesday that would be very helpful. We could walk Leon through printouts if we don't have a bound packages ready. Eileen--do you have an address for Richard Ressler? Elyse will need that for the cover letter. Thanks!
