BitFury had a seed round, $20M A (I invested $50K), $20M B, and they are getting close to a $100M Series C. The opportunity right now is to invest up to $5M in the $15-20M convertible note that will convert into the large round. It should close by next week. Last round closed at $500M and this will be priced at the middle of the $500M round and the next. Looks like they will close between $1B and $2B so this note will convert at $750M to $1.25B.
