It will require more tree removal and is 9 plus feet below grade. If we are to proceed with this layout, this corner will need some sort of retaining wall constructed. this can be done with rocks and fill, but it will add to the scope of work. Septic System is out lined on sketch, should not be an issue unless we dig. We will need to change access to tanks thru dog pen as discussed. As of date we are proceeding with stock piling dirt for both MH and Log Cabin Projects Monday we will start hauling dirt to each location Please confirm if we should proceed with this layout, as per sketch.
