I think that it is best to have a local firm walk the plans through DPNR and EPA. I have an agreement for you to sign with Jaredian Design Group which is not to exceed $5,000 and they will charge us on a hourly basis. Bottom line - we need to still have the plans permitted by DPNR and EPA and this will not happen before July 2. Brock Langley is working as quickly as he can to get the plans done to EPA standards.
