Jeffrey,
I've been in contact with our Bell Technical support person, Paul Lusker, he is aware, how long Edwards has
taken to complete a dual window change, and is keeping an eye from a distance in regards to this project, he
informed me that Bell headquarters is closely monitoring the productivity of Edwards in Fort Lauderderdale. I
haven't conveyed my true opinion to Paul until I finalize my invoice with Edwards and get closure on the EFIS
charge.
Window update:
Both windows have been installed, completing final rivets and applying window seal on edges by close of
business today. We'll let windows cure over the weekend, then Monday test flight. I have scheduled paint shop
in Fort Pierce for Monday afternoon to start. Paint shop only requires one day to paint window edges,
including the Caramel color trim your contemplating. I will locate a color chart for your viewing this weekend.
- My plan is: Test fly Monday Morning if I'm able to return to palm beach for a day?
Thesday night 430 completed and ready for St thomas delivery. The weather enroute from Fla to St thomas
recently has been very good to accomplish the mission.
Pls advise if you think I'll be able to airline back to west palm for Sunday morning so I may complete test
flight and deliver heli fly to paint shop?
Thank you,
Lany
