I have done some research, and having read the Judge's ruling in the Cosby case,
and found what I though may be pertinent to mine
In the judge's ruling in the Cosby case states "The court recognizes that some
jurisdictions do apply a version of the conditional self-defense privilege, which
allows individuals, in certain circumstances, to publish defamatory responsive
statements necessary to defend their reputation."
NY law differs from Mass law and hence I attached a paper I found and read that I
thought had valid arguments for my case
