Dear Mr. Barnett: Pursuant to your request, below please find our price to remove the Trane a/c unit located in the IT room from the city water system, which is illegal and against code and connect it to the condenser water system which involves installing 250' of copper piping with associated fittings, valves, strainer and insulation. SCOPE OF WORKS ­ Shut city water valves and drain current piping. ­ Cut and cap city water piping going to Trane a/c unit. ­ Furnish and install 250' of 1 'A" type L copper piping. ­ Furnish and install all associated copper fittings, valves and strainer. ­ Leak test all new piping and connections. ­ Furnish and install 250' of armaflex insulation. ­ Open valves, check, test and start up of Trane a/c unit. ­ All labor and supervision included in the above scope of work. Price: $12,514.00 Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Fourteen Dollars (plus applicable sales tax) Price valid for 30 days. Exclusions: Overtime and Sales Tax.
