There is only one complete bid which is from LES File Drywall. The Bid is for $125,000. It is not broken out by area nor is it priced per area. Also it is not broken out per sq ft. Brice had said you had suggested we look at that this company as they had done original installation. The company said work would take 4 weeks with 8 workers per day. @ $25.00 labor would be $32,000 The other two bids are from Southwest Lathe and Mudd Bros. ( Mudd Bros did last repair which Brice said was shoddy) Wendy got these bids. They are not the exact same areas nor is the work performed the same so there is no comparison.
