He is building a sustainable business model that doesn't require being smart every day. Lots of turnover at Citadel, but that may be more at the trading desks where points of profit are in play. Ken is all in, all of the time. In my view, he was very decent in the divorce drama and is someone who prides himself on civic engagement and keeping his word.
