From: Sultan Bin Sulayem To: Jeffrey Epstein <[email protected]> Subject: China Date: Mon, 21 Sep 2015 05:15:24 +0000 This 13 minutes video gives a clear picture of China's Real Estate. A recommend watch, scaly indeed https://vvww.youtube.corn/watch?v=uxjwhkIktNw&feature=youtu.be. My comments I Watched this video about china and I frankly don't believe any of it. Why? Because I can give you first hand experience as I was interviewed during the crisis 2008/9 . After the interview I watched it and what they said is exactly the same . footage of palm Jumaira deserted streets. And their comments are empty streets no one will live there It will eventually be a ghost town Especially when tourists stop visiting Dubai Well some people believed the propaganda and didn't buy some people like me bought and built hotels and the tourists kept coming If you think about it Dubai was in worse situation very small population no natural resource depending on external trade and tourism While China has huge population that need accommodation all the time Especially many people in China still live in sub standard accommodation China has big export trade and industry strong local market that can consume anything Sent from my iPhone EFTA00717986
