Both Parties are expected to view job this week and get back to me by the end of next week with proposals JB Henderson will be supplying a separate proposal for the gutter work around Princess Deck. I. Removal of concrete balustrade 2. removal of existing decking 3. new water proof membrane 4.repair gutter 5. new deck material 6.
