I am tempted but I don't want to dismiss it, on the off chance it is not broken. So can you put your impartial friend hat on for a second, and explain to me objectively, without referring to the past, what you are talking about? What, in your view, am I doing wrong and what you suggest as a realistic solution? That would be very helpful.
