I, Thaddeus Knowles, am a licensed investigator in the State of Florida. I was employed by the law firm of Burman, Critton, Luttier & Coleman, LLP., relative to the above matter. 2. I have read Plaintiff's Emergency Motion For Hearing Finding That Epstein Is In Civil Contempt Of The Court's Two Orders Forbidding Harassment And Indirect Contact, For Appropriate Sanctions, And Additional Remedies Including Referral For Criminal Contempt (the EFTA00724321 name "Motion for Contempt"). I have personal knowledge of the matters set forth therein as I was assigned to do surveillance on Jane Doe. 3. At no time while on the assigned job did I harass Jane Doe. I simply positioned myself outside Jane Doe's home to conduct regular surveillance, and the Palm Beach Sheriff's Office was notified of same prior to commencing surveillance. While I did conduct surveillance on Jane Doe, her movements and her whereabouts, at no time did I flash my lights into Jane Doe's home as referenced in the Motion for Contempt. In fact, it was Jane Doe's investigators who drove up to the assigned home and positioned their vehicle in front of mine and turned their high beams on in an effort to blind my view. In response, !turned my vehicle lights on in the direction of her investigator's vehicle in an effort to persuade Jane Doe's investigators to disengage their high beam lights. Jane Doe's investigators took pictures of my vehicle and me, and they also conducted video surveillance of me.
