September 22, 2010 FT Real Estate, Inc. Gentlemen: This will confirm my understanding and agreement that for the duration of the remainin eriod that I occu the remises known as and located at Parcel No. I will not under any circumstances invite or permit to visit or stay on the premises at any time any persons under the age of 18 years, with the sole exception of my two children. With respect to my two children, I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for their supervision, safety and well-being at all times while either or both of them are on the premises. I further understand and agree that at all times while either or both of them are on the premises, they will be accompanied by me personally, and I will not allow either of them to remain on the premises at any time when any other adult is present on the premises, unless I am personally present with them on the premises. I understand and agree that the foregoing is an absolute requirement of FT Real Estate, Inc. to which there is no exception. I understand and agree that the foregoing does not in any way change the limited nature of or create any additional rights in respect of my occupancy of the premises.
