While on site for a recent inspection of equipment it was found that the office a/c has no controller on it and is running on default setting with no temp control. The current units are generic and new controllers can't be ordered. One of the other lower rooms are also missing a controller. The cupola room has a bad fan motor that sounds like the bearing are going bad on it. Unit will need to be replaced in the near future. Master bedroom on second level also has a motor bearing that is intermittently going bad and will need to be replaced. Room next to it is also missing controller and feels low on refrigerant. The two lower bedrooms don't have a/c and will have new units installed. Condensing units fan covers are falling off and all units are rusted out on the bottom. All units in this quote will be high efficiency units. This quote includes all equipment, materials. and labor required for installation. Once finished with the installation the technician will test the units to ensure proper operation. Any additional work outside the scope of this quote will be billed separately.
