Surveillance Camera System Epstein Residence 358 El Brillo Way Palm Beach, FL REV July 21, 2009 Objective: Provide a camera system consisting of two day/night IR bullet cameras that view the garage/staff parking area, front parking, and people arriving at the front door. One bullet camera mounted on an extension arm looking at the dock. Two small dome cameras will be installed in the Service entry hallway to watch the service door as well as the door leading to the garage. The last page of this proposal has two options for suggested cameras that were not mentioned in the report. We've included an option for a few additional cameras, including one observing the pool, one observing the East side of the home, and two gate call box cameras at the entrance to the property. The cameras will automatically be recorded by the customer provided digital video recorder. With the proper password, the cameras may be accessed from any computer with internet access. NOTE: A portion of this work will be billed at an hourly rate. This includes the wiring of the bullet cameras at the garage/staff, front parking, dock camera, and the optional pool, and front gate cameras. GARAGE/ STAFF PARKING One high resolution day/night, color, IR bullet camera will be provided for viewing the staff parking area. It will be mounted on the eave near the South East corner of the house. We will attempt to use a spare phone cable in the attic.
