I would just ask for clarity in direction from Darren (as the named contact in the Deposit Agreement), as the Agreement is specific regarding which portions of funds are to be returned and which option pricing rights are terminated accordingly. It appears from the comments below that we are looking at #2, but I leave that for you to direct. I am not looking for reasons to delay, but would share a simple observation that the Agreement has a remaining life' of ten days. Unless George has accepted defeat on the task of finding a buyer for 750, it would seem in Mr. Epstein's interest to allow the arrangement to continue — particularly since it is yielding interest. I do not know the full details of interest that was negotiated, I will leave that to Darren, Ray and Rich Kahn to determine that number.
