Re:
Charter Agreement between
Boyson, Inc. and L.S.J., LLC
Dear Denise:
It has been three weeks since I wrote to you on July 6, 2009 requesting a
resolution of the issues relating to the Boyson Charter Agreement We have spoken
several times each week since I sent you my letter, and each time you informed me
that you had not yet received any response from Boyson, but that you would call
your client again to request a response.
While I join in your desire to resolve this matter amicably, we obviously
cannot do so without Boyson's input. As I stated in my letter, a refund of the
$70,619.20 paid by LSJ to refurbish the Auto-Transit would be in everyone's best
interests. LSJ has requested a response by no later than Friday, July 31, 2009.
Please speak to your client and let me know how Boyson wishes to proceed.
Sincerely,
Darren K. lndyke
