Dear Glenn It has been nearly two months since our conversation. As you know, Kirkland and Ellis have been in contact with Mike Carroll. After the exchange of many e mails, and a number of faceto face meetings.. I'm afraid we have not gotten closer to an understanding of what has transpired// Mike carol has been as helpful as he wanted to be. His first concern , as it should be, was and still is , to protect you interests. In that regard he has refused to share the vast majority of documents that we haveasked for, and put forth his version of why highbridge was not in any way liable for the return of my investment.. He stated that neither highbridge or you and or henry, had control over the investment portfolie I only have affection for you and your family.. I have felt awkward since our last meeting . I would like to agree on the facts, so as to be able to move forward . my understanding is as follows.
