This scheme also shows the pool on the same level, and shows guest cottage with east-facing balconies. • Sketch 4A has the floor of the new living room at +45', slightly higher than the Master Bedroom. If the green roof over the living room is at +57, we can get a 9'-10' ceiling in the living room. • Sketch 4B lowers the living room t+42'-6" — the same height as the Master Bedroom. We also discussed slightly raising the level of the green roof, in case we need to raise the level of the living room floor. Please send us your comments. When we understand your preference, we can study options on lowering the pool area slightly.
