As requested I, along with Bill Rowles visited Bolongo to look over scope of work in regard to painting.
the exterior paint of the Bolongo house is in pretty good shape, would recommend power wash and then
paint the trim, stairs/railings and some site walls
The interior was completely painted last year, Dave has ask for some paint to touch up curtain area's but
nothing major
have attached photo's for your review.
