Today I can't seem to get Mike on the phone. Marc, I thought it best we have one voice to JE and since the numbers must come from you let me suggest this. I may have another buyer for 750, it will take me 2 weeks to put it together ( assuming I can ) JE will need to agree to 12.4m net to him as it is going overseas an there are other brokers in this deal ( but one's that can do a deal ) Perhaps the refundable deposit on the C++ gives us all what we want.
