I am writing this email on behalf of my client who resides at 358 El Brillo Way. On March 3, 2010 my security officer had an incident with an irate person complaining about us parking our marked vehicle in front of the residence and a second incident on March 13, 2010 with the same person. Captain Hess responded to the second incident. Since then, we have documented - on several occasions - individuals that are possibly surveilling the home of our client. My client and his representatives believe these individuals to be dangerous with possible motives to cause him harm. These individuals were identified as Richard Fandrey and Michael Fisten (Both Private Detectives and former police officers from Miami Dade PD). According to my client's representative, Mr. Fandrey is the former bodyguard of Scott Rothstein and may have ties to the Gambino Family. He was hired by Mr. Rothstein to harass my client (the opinion of our client) Please accept this email as notice to a possible volatile situation. My security officers assigned to this account (both former law enforcement officers) have been instructed to simply observe and report and provide for the safety and well being of our client. We are hoping that you can provide some assistance, helpful solution or information concerning this situation, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help in this matter.
