I personally think it could be fine tuned and either meet or be close to your goal. Also naturally 750 is not sold but there is activity. The Sikorsky offer is incredible and fully refundable if you can not come to terms in April. Naturally I am wearing my sales hat but I think with a little time this could tum a nice profit for you and all could occur while your deposit remains refundable.
