Both the C++ and the D total price 24.4m, to retain this price a deposit of 10m must be received in a manner acceptable to Sikorsky by COB 31 March 2010 The deposit shall be totally refundable if terms and conditions are not reached by COB April 30 2010. Interest on the deposit shall be earned if refunded at a rate of ( Marc, I think I heard 10% but I was not party to that conversation). I think there needs to be a spec meeting ASAP with all the players so we can resolve the differences and confusion in the spec. Larry changed the spec and I am not sure where that fits. His changes look like standard vip with minor mods. All of this is resolvable at the spec meeting. EFTA00762114 Jeffery wants to understand issues regarding pricing and quite frankly I cant answer his questions. Perhaps we invite him to the meeting.
