I have asked you for over a year to get help with architects that have signifigant house building experience. when your people left , I encouraged you to please find competent staff.. I have asked since october for you to provide me with a portfolllio of houses that anyone you engage must have.. I have received the brochure that has the dresden back and a restaurant. for one , and a clubhouse for the other.. I have not received a rendering of either plan , For over a year I have asked for spa details, you responded, Jeffrey don't you trust that I can build a spa„ yes, , I trust you„ but until today I don't have even an image. you have promised a nursery layout to Julie and Brinsley for the past six months . THere is not one rendering of any main house plan since 8 months. I want to be clear„ I want to re-do my current bathroom. I cannot wait three years to have a decient bathroom, I have already waited 2 and a half. . 2 toilets 2 sinks a steam , shower, with glass looking out to the cove. I would like threee options, and presented with materials in two weeks time.. I have no main house plan, no finalized library floor plan, no landscape plan„ all which have been repeatedly promised , and not delievered.. I delayed the presentation of the main house until nov 26, it is 6 weeks since, and have nothing at all since. nothing. EFTA00763429
