Having watched the depo's of two "victims" now I can see several things clearly. First, why you have insisted these girls were not and are not damaged, if only because they were, and are, prostitutes. Second, why your lawyers do not want me to be there to watch the depo's. It is harder to explain just how these cases can be so"complicated" and "delicate" once you see the "victims" in action. I understand you have another one this Friday. More of the same, I guess. Yesterday was interesting for several reasons. One stark example came when was asked if she enjoyed the sex with a boyfriend at about age 14. She smiled and said no. When probed she laughed out loud and exclaimed that was because he had a small penis, like Jeffery. This caused her uproarious laughter. Now, if she were truely traumatized, the recollection of your penis, or anything that was associated with it (like a boyfriend she is screwing WHILE she is being traumatized) would evoke the panic attacks she claims, the PTSD she claims, the mental symptoms she alleges. Her OWN behavior in the depo disporoves her allegations. There were many more examples. Second, if she tries to assert that she works as a prostitute in a "jack shack" because her best friend is "Jesus" and she wants to pay for "Christian school" for her 4 year old, all mothers on the jury will hate her. If your lawyer turns to her and says something like, "You are asking these people to believe you work as a prostitute rather that in a spa for $9 an hour because you want a christian upbringing for your son? You want them to agree it is OK to use your 4 year old son as the EXCUSE for prostitution?" They will hate her. Just some brain droppings. Steve EFTA00763503
