Note that I have shown a pathway system that connects everything together. I have also shown the revised garden area below the stairs at the beach. The Section view shows the tennis court in relation to the road elevation and pond area. As you suggested, we'll have it staked out with tall stakes & flagging so that you see it from the water although the vegetation is dense there and you may not be able to see through it.
