got it. Also, thought over the night: it may be wise to have Bruce go with me, if only to insure the meeting is a
"confidential" mediation/negotiation between lawyers, thus preserving my confidentail status. Don't want trhe
civil guys to think they have ashot at depo-ing me. Will just prolong everything. Will discuss with Jack.

Original message from Jeffrey Epstein <[email protected]>:
steve. ,- goals in order of desirability„
1. agreed order to terminate, 2. agreed order to modify, 3. motion to
terminate with no objection just leave it to discretion of court 4. motion to modify leave to discretion. agreed
motion for unlimited business or charitable travel.
1. arguments.. jeffrey asked you to explain to them
what happened , jack is away and is seen to be an advocate , as he should be , though the facts are looked upon
more skeptically coming from a defense attorney. 2. you and lanna
no real victims, marie nuts, barry was
going to give 30 days „ the week before thefed interceded. he said he thought only the feds could extract such
a sentence, Your notes refer to lanna saying the police chief said he didn;t have a cse so just embarass
epstein.. no danger to community.., better getting me out. statutes encourgae terminating or modifying .
policy requires trying to find those that are not really in need of close supervision.. Epstein never travels
alone. termination less chance for problem, s more civil suits, he will leave . dershowitz wanted to call. you
said no. we could ask Bruce REinhart to attend in jacks absence. ? the son of the state investigator(
WESCOTT). had his c/c reduced to probation. The " high profile nature, should not stop him form doing the
right thing. HE can talk to SLOANE the probation officer, they are supposed to review cases to see who
should go.. I have in jail work release and cc, not one violation. the feds bullied the state. there are mnay no
contact orders , there is no reason to ask for trouble. i am enclosing a sample letter from a scientist ,
explaining why my physical presence is needed.
