This plan does not have a roadway connection all the way around as in the previous plans. This is a "flat terrace" plan and the main terrace area is the same width as the master bedroom building. The stairway has been moved more to the west. The lower courtyard in front of the office breezeway has been enlarged and the walls are approximately 6' ht. All walls are flat & stepped instead of being sloped. Also, I have shown the new stair & walk connection from the kitchen. Please review and let me know if you have any thoughts. also sending to Andrew and he can do a SketchUp 3D drawing if you think it's ready for that step.
