The website lists consideration at $5.49 million. It seems he is out from under that propery drain. The does are online at the clerk's office, or I can fax them to you. This should be helpful to you, basically because in my experience lawyers are always tough talkers with someone else's money or life, but fold like a cheap lawn chair when they are in the hot seat.
